What is a Web Content Coordinator exactly?

Pros

Free cake monthly. Sometimes there are other snacks.

Cons

Where do I start? If you interview for the job title of Web Content Coordinator, be cautious. They are very careful about asking you what you want in a job FIRST so that when they tell you what the job description is AFTER, it strikes you as the perfect fit. Have them tell you what the job is first so you aren't tricked. If you do get hired, the higher up employees are very warm to you in the beginning, to make you believe that this is a good place to work. You gather once a month to celebrate birthdays and company anniversaries, so you get the idea that this is a place that you can stay and grow. It's not. Unless you're one of the lucky ones, which they decide probably the week you start. If you're lucky, you actually get to work on web content. If you're not one of the chosen few, you may wind up with a telemarketing gig, but at least you have a fancier title. This is the type of place you stay at for as long as it takes you to find something better. Last but not least, READ YOUR EMPLOYEE CONTRACT. They will attempt to get you to sign it asap. Don't. Take it home for as long as it takes you to Google and understand the legal speak. Also, when cuts need to be made, they oddly don't seem to go by the "last in, first out" policy. Anyone could be on the chopping block. I wonder why that is...
