Pros

I had a great experience working here. The people were great and extremely hardworking. Very team oriented work together on projects, etc.

Cons

Can end up spending too much times in meetings all day which limits the amount of actual work that must get done and all hours of the day must be billable.

Pros

Work hard, play hard environment. CEO very on top of things and demanding. Expectations are high for all and those that don't perform get taken to the woodshed.

Cons

No hiding here. Performance is constantly under scrutiny, no laying low or back, not for long anyway. Environment is sometimes a bit stressful and exhausting.

Like others have noted, I was paid on time. That's always a plus!

Cons

Where do I start? Unless you're "grandfathered" into upper management, there's mot much room for advancement.
