Pros

Good pay and Great benefits.

Cons

Terrible service advisors at most store locations. Some locations never answer the phone to assist their customers or give status updates. You will feel like a secretary by sending so many emails to service advisors. Be prepared to give customers the run around because their service advisor does not return their phone call back in a timely manner. Do not look at this job as something long term. They hire a new training class at the call center once a month so your position is always replaceable.

Nice chill rooms. Clean building.

Cons

Stuff rolls downhill way to quick. The people and leadership are kinda phony in a way lol. So many people coming in and out you don’t know who to trust.. also the director calls the shots not the manager.. He just kinda sits there eating salads. Idk lol.. nice guy.. def a manager not a leader..
