High employee turnover, disdain for customers

Pros

Strong team culture. Typical benefits of high performance selling at a dealership.

Cons

Management is not ethical. They actively condone screwing over customers. Look at their social media and BBB to see how they behave. But there are other dealerships you can sell at, too, in the Phoenix metroplex.

Pros

Chapman chain is good to their employees but still not a fully family own business.

Cons

Company was consistent but it started changing and now there seems to be too many changes that do not benefit its employees

Pros

Good equipment to work with inside of a decent sized shop.

Cons

Service writer not experienced enough to be bidding jobs. The shop is losing money because of this.
