Good staff and managers willing to help

Pay plan is mediocre at best. Gross is hard to come by even at full sticker. Bonuses for volume are meager

Pros

Chapman had some very good management in their positions. Every one wanted you to succeed and gave a great competitive atmosphere.

Cons

I was told that they were very busy before i started working there as that was one of the main reasons I was looking for and then once being there the amount of traffic they actually had coming through was great exaggerated. Biggest con.

Pros

Great people to work with and most department managers seem like good people and will talk to you even if they are limited on what they can do for you.

Cons

Disconnected upper management from GM's up on what is really going on in there business. They have no interest in having any interaction with there employees or taking feedback.
