Chill working environment, workload is low

Cons

Engineering department is kinda a mess. I even wonder how some people were hired when they have no skill at all. Working at chargepoint didn't provide me much carrer growth. Some people takes too many PTO (like 7 weeks or more a year), which is unfair for others.
