Stressful/ Disorganized/ Strong Arm mentality
Pros
The employees as a whole were phenomenal! I made a lot of life long friendships. If the job was a war, you'd want them to be in your corner.
Cons
This job is so stressful that it put me in the hospital. They're known for retaliation and using your personal life as leverage against you. They lied in the interview about salary. I was taken to lunch and the manager literally wouldn't even look at me (pretty sure he's racist). Have no problem throwing you under the bus if it means retaining larger clients. Got written up for something I did incorrectly.... while I was still in training. The KPI are almost impossible. The technical support aspect cannot keep up with sales at all. They refused to bring more than a few people at a time when they needed double the team. Management is stretched way thin. Training was just a bunch of videos and minimal class time. They don't deal with conflict at all. You're expected to do so yourself. That creates a toxic environment. Don't ask the Seniors for help, because managers never see eye to eye with them. My ticket count fell well into the 300's. You're always playing catch up. People walk from this job on a normal basis. When the economy gets bad, they'll outsource the job... Don't use Cobra Insurance with them. Chargepoint does not act in good faith. They will give you the runaround regardless on if you have a medical emergency or not. HR at one point was friends with a middle manager and would tell on people that reported to the HR manager...
