Pros

I started as an intern working for Chargeback and not once did I ever feel like an intern. Starting my first day the people at Chargeback made the best work environment to not only educate me, but to set me up for success inside the company and out. The management took the time to teach me the skills I needed to advice in the company and then promoted me to new positions when they felt I was ready. Not only was there opportunity for advancement, Chargeback will make sure you have all the resource to make that advancement happen. I feel so lucky to be a part of this team.

-As long as I get my hours, I can work whenever, during the day. -The pay is decent

-I wish I could work less than 20 hrs a week -systems, procedures, etc are constantly changing

Cons

We are growing quickly and there have been some growing pains for sure. But what company doesn't go through this when they are growing the business. Over all it's a great place to work
