Friendly people and a real team effort. The COO is great. Good location.

Cons

Everything is in an emergency. Workflow is often disrupted because something breaks or it wasn't entirely functional to begin with.

The company is growing fast which means lots of opportunity to grow with it. Management is helpful and available. Results oriented culture which provides flexibility so long as you're fulfilling your responsibilities. Plus, the people are friendly and fun to work with. This company has a lot of potential.

Cons
