Pros

I enjoy the work I do and the people that I work with. I feel like I'm heard if I voice a concern and I truly enjoy the tasks and work I am given. I thought working from home I would feel isolated but with the conversation that goes on in Slack and all of us keeping each other in the loop, I feel like I am in an office (minus the face to face thing ;) )

A highly committed management team is a gross understatement. What this crew went through from long hours to sacrificing compensation to successfully pivot this company and see it through to a series A is genuinely inspiring.
