Pros

Salary was great. My coworkers were amazing

Cons

My manager was horrible. She didn't know how to manage people, but was great at her job, so got promoted. Leadership didn’t care about the lower levels of workers. Constantly reminded you that “they were leadership” and “you were not.” Felt like they “wanted your feedback” but then when you gave it, and it was negative, there was defensiveness that you “weren’t falling in line”. Overall, the culture of the business was quite toxic in my opinion.

We appreciate you calling out both the positives and the challenges. Sounds like your team has been a bright spot. That matters. At the same time, manager support plays a big role in the employee day to day, and we will share this input. Balanced feedback like this helps us understand where the experience is working well and where support still needs to grow. We will make sure this input is shared through the right channels and wishing you well moving forward.

Pros

Can make good money if you are here for at least 4+ years, easier than other financial firms due to being provided clients/ leads

Cons

No flexibility- required to work in the office 5 days a week. Have to perform many roles. Very corporate, does not feel like your managers care about you.

We appreciate you calling out both the positives and the challenges. Compensation and benefits are an important part of the overall employee package, we are glad they have been meaningful. At the same time, flexibility and work life balance remain important as teams navigate evolving ways of working. Hearing both sides in one review helps leaders focus on what should be maintained and what should be improved. We appreciate the balanced feedback.

Appreciate you sharing what is working and what is not. Collaboration is a big part of how we work, and it is good to see that reflected here. We share feedback on pay and benefits through the right channels to support ongoing review. It is helpful to hear both what is landing well and where there is room to grow. Wishing you well moving forward.
