      Great peers but narrow-minded leadership and funding challenges

      Great peers and sabbatical leave is a rare benefit.

      Cons

      Microclimate within SAM with narrow minded senior leaders. Impossible to get funding for struggling teams which keeps operations running. Quiet leaders get snubbed for promotion yet talkers get recognized.
