Pros

The mission of the company to provide quality care to young people all across the country is amazing and easy to support.

Cons

There is an overall lack of authenticity and transparency in the company culture. The competitive nature of the team gets in the way of teamwork and cohesion within the department. There is little room for growth and a lack of interest in the wellbeing of their employees.

Pros

I am able to work from home.

Cons

I loved the idea of this company and its values but I have really struggled here. My job title and responsibilities changes on a week to week basis with no consistency making it difficult to meet requirements for the job. My team is put under extreme stress to do more than what one person is capable of. In the beginning I was working 10+ hour days with the expectation that this all needed to be completed. With this company being a start up it is understandable that many things change but the overall health and wellbeing of its employees is not valued.

Pros

The mission is admirable. remote work.

Cons

If you are interested in providing quality care to clients, many of whom are suffering significant mental health crises, this may not be the place for you. The management focus is on numbers, not client care. The workload is not sustainable. The home life/work life balance is non existent. It isn’t a supportive environment providing opportunities to learn from each other. Instead, there is finger pointing and berating. Why help one another when it is easier just to use sarcasm and write employees off?
