Pros
Great Idea, some great staff to work with
Cons
Requirements to work later hours and weekends, outside your contracted hours. If you say NO, you are not “prioritizing “ CH. Sometimes as late as 9pm. And during “personal” time you aren’t scheduled at CH, you have to prioritize CH needs. They basically “OWN” your time. And if you say “NO” they can and will fire you. Focus is on metrics and money, if clinicians don’t meet the metrics, they are but on a PDP. And then required to ADD more scheduling slots to their already full schedule and pick up groups on weekends to make up for the “missed client sessions” Client attendance is solely put on clinicians Clinicians are required to “harass” clients to show up for appts, MULTIPLE times during their appt, before their appt and after their appt. No flexibility of scheduling, inability to take time off for family responsibilities. No changing of schedule hours to meet family obligations. Overworking Clinicians without any increase in pay and/or CHOICE to take on extra work. Suggesting to “ask” clients to give 5 star review on surveys in order to “boost” clinician numbers, and increase metrics
