Pros

Truly the best culture you’ll ever experience. From leadership downwards, everyone is so open about their why and dedicated to the mission and it’s SO inspiring.

Cons

Not a lot of PTO

Pros

Great co-workers, great mission. Staff believes in mission and truly cares about the clients we serve. Good benefits.

Cons

Constantly changing technology that can be really difficult to keep up with. 80% metrics is the highest expectation I’ve ever had. It is hard to get teen clients to be consistent in attending.

Pros

The pay was great at first. My direct leadership is amazing. Coworkers are motivated and believe in company values. Working completely remotely could be great for some. They really try to break down any barriers to clients starting services asap. There are opportunities to earn a bonus. Insurance is great along with reimbursement for a gym membership or mental health services. The schedule can be flexible at times. The amount of diversity is absolutely amazing!

Cons

The quantity of work has increased while quality has suffered along with no increase in pay. The bonus structure is very difficult to interpret. I know the company values clients but sometimes numbers get in the way. It often comes off as greedy when they want as many clients as possible but we don't have enough therapists or team members to provide quality care. This feels unethical at times. The company values primary and group therapists over all other positions. Those that don't provide direct patient care are often overlooked and treated as if they are disposable. Their burnout is not acklowledged. Even though I'm a clinician, I don't feel valued to anyone beyond my direct supervisor. PTO accrual is pretty awful which tells you something about a mental health agency not prioritizing employee mental health. I work overtime pretty much everyday. That's normalized within the company.
