Pros
The coworkers and people working are nice and friendly
Cons
- Completely strayed away from the initial job description. - You’ll burn out real quick because it’s nonstop work. This company cares for quantity over quality of care. By having company growth, and not the wellness of your employees or your members, as your number one priority, you're susceptible to following the rules and traditions of corporate America. - They offer no bonuses or low pay for the amount you work. Little room for growth, unless you fit a certain “culture” or if you work way above and beyond. Which is hard enough when your normal amount of work is already a lot. - Very toxic, and manipulative in ways like language ~ “Reaching as many clients as possible” but there are not enough employees or clinicians for coverage. Employees are stretched way too thin and some things are questionable. - Diversity is very performative.
