- They illegally misclassify their independent contractors because as an independent contractor here you can't negotiate pay, can't negotiate hours, they are moving to requiring set hours 3x a week, you have a supervisor, etc. - They only do things for optics and don't actually address problems/concerns that arise - They used fear-based tactics to manage and control employees - Toxic work environment in general

- expected to maintain 28 hours of clinical hours each week, not including documentation time - frequent sudden changes from leadership that negatively impact workers - extremely large team and unable to build meaningful connections with the team due to high workload, large team meetings, and lack of privacy (all communication is on company technology so you don't feel like you can vent or speak openly and get support about challenges) - benefits package sucks for families - work culture that doesnt allow for breaks and you will work overtime to meet clinical requirements
