KPIs Feels like a sales job Limited support The CEO seems oblivious that she’s always promoting the troubled teen industry with her obsession with Newport Academy as a referral source. As a trauma informed clinician it’s extremely off putting. Leadership acts like the role and company is above and beyond anything else but their client facing hour requirement for clinicians is much like what you’d find in community mental health when first starting out, not what an experienced clinician generally finds. With all the pushes for ‘sales’ and getting people in as fast as possible the role has felt more stressful than non-WFH jobs, it barely feels like a perk at this point. Leadership does not seem open to suggestions, I’ve seen co-workers seeing clients from the hospital because finding coverage is so complicated and looked down on. It feels like a violation of some sort but there’s no place, at least easily viewable, to report such concerns. Pay isn’t competitive for the work load and number of hats worn.
