Pros

Work from home and decent pay

Cons

Start up company. Concerned with growth and not employees. They offer incentives for working over your capacity

Pros

This is the perfect role for someone okay with making below average pay and working above average hours. If you are comfortable reworking your personal and work schedule daily to take mandatory last minute interviews and negotiations (for yourself and teammates) you will likely thrive. If you are comfortable stepping on teammates toes and breaking company rules to hit your KPIs you will also thrive.

Cons

Say goodbye to your hobbies and free time. You will be expected to work late with no complaints multiple nights a week. You are expected to take coworkers interviews for the day if they call out last minute and will not have control of your calendar. If this causes you to not hit your sourcing goal for the day you are expected to work late to make this up. So many issues with this organization, I would not touch it again with a 10 foot pole.

Pros

Great Mission. Charlie Health is attempting to end suicide, and provide access to life-changing mental healthcare.

Cons

I have never seen more unorganized and unaligned leadership in my career. Expectations change and personal coaching is non-existent. Positive feedback NEVER seems genuine and the micro-aggressions that are tossed around when giving criticism are unlike anything I have experienced. There are very few people who seem genuine and down to earth. Most people want to say the right thing and act nice, and it just creates a really icky atmosphere. From the top down, there needs to be some serious reflection on how we are operating and who we are putting in leadership roles. Sure, maybe someone was a top performer in their market.. Does that make them a good leader? Absolutely not.
