To succeed at Chart you need to be one of these two - 1 - white, male, loud, in your mid to late 40s Or 2 - female, white, good looking in your 20s or mid 30s! We have VPs with no experience or knowledge who fit into category 2, it's crazy!!! Obviously, D&I isn't a priority. Work wise Chart is brilliant at optics and grandstanding for investors. The bubble will burst at some point given the lack of good leadership or knowledge.

You are still in Ball Ground, GA. Change is constant and there seems to be no real traction with the direction of the company. The talking points of senior leadership does not match their actions. The very reactive leadership does emote confidence for the long term.
