      Middle and senior management has made MANY bad decisions that have cost 100's of people their jobs while they maintain theirs. Employees that were experts in their field have been replaced by those who say they are experts.

      Mass layoffs including tenured employees, only to hire replacements a month later. Mandatory overtime one week to only four days the next.
