CEO - She does not value all of the employees equally. There is not enough recognition on the production workers who are worked to death and have no consistent schedule. There is a lot of praise for the sales team who seems to make unrealistic promises to customers and the engineers and production have to find a way to “execute, execute, execute”. Daily email blasts are almost always shouting out sales, finance, or engineering and no one else. If the production team is recognized, it is typically for working required overtime or weekends to get the product shipped. Layoffs are very frequent. Culture/values - Chart does not execute on their core values. The CEO is solely focused on the bottom line and cutting costs, not having fun or team building. Communication and organization is lacking which makes it very difficult to do your job.

-Incredibly short sighted leadership team -Company looks great on paper, is a dumpster fire in regards to long term health. -Cold calls and track selling is 1950s tech, get with the program -Leadership directed sales to close the deal at any cost. -Leadership also guaranteed no more layoffs a week before more layoffs -Leadership is all in on energy, and is going the way of Emerson.
