Pros

The Healthcare Benefits are good.

Cons

After 5 years and nothing but success and promotions in this role you can walk in one Monday morning and be let go without any reason other than 'they are parting ways with you'. Watch your back and careful who you trust.

Cons

People are hard to get along with, plant manager has no remorse or understanding for employees, very hot, long shifts, weekends are terrible. Training is lacking, Room for advancement includes laughable raises for 3 times the amount of work. Repetitive.
