CTS is one of the good MSP in the NY area, management cares about their employees and has a good culture diversity.

Pros

Great health benefits for yourself only. Excellent place to grow your technical abilities. 10% bonus at years end. Great clients. Great management team. Excellent company culture.

Cons

Hires to many unqualified people and it ends up dumping the work on the more senior staff. Low pay grade, this company offers a low pay grade with the trap of a 10% bonus at the end of the year. No over time, during the company high season you will work 60 plus hours. So that 10% becomes cheap change over all the hours you did not get recompense for. Hires poorly qualified personal. High stress job. Poor employees retention, employees tend to leave on a average of 1 to 2 years. Family health benefits will drain your paycheck.

Pros

CTS is all about comradery, family, and a genuine care and appreciation for the services that we provide our clients. We employ some of the most talented minds that I have seen in my 14 years in the MSP industry. The culture is phenomenal and it makes you excited to get to work each day.

Cons

I wish I could think of a good con, and no I am not just writing that because I work here.
