Pros

Phenomenal culture, great leadership that actually cares about their staff, challenging work that was exciting and brought out the best in folks. Busy, but in a great way - you never stared at the clock wondering when the day would be over, rather you would look at the clock and say "I can't believe the day is over, I wish the day was longer so I could finish this".

Cons

The summers can get intense, but offers a unique challenge to streamlining and process tasks.

If you’re into working at your own pace this is the place for you. Yes you will get slammed at times, but the place is great for developing. Some might find it a great place to spend a long time at.

Cons

Lack of culture. Normally on your own. Though everyone is pretty friendly.

Pros

CTS has a great life work balance, strong leadership and room for professionally growth. Health benefits are fully covered by CTS without employee contribution. Healthy environment to work, processes are documented and everyone is pleasant to work with.

Cons

I can’t think of any downside of CTS.
