The team is genuinely working in the best interest of the client. Everyone is willing to help in anyway they can in order to see a project through to the end or resolve an incident. There is no information hoarding and it is a great collaborative environment. It's still a small company so you know most people. The founder is very much involved in the day to day activities but far from a micromanager. Some companies say "Put family first" because it sounds good but this is the first company I've come across that allows you to do so. Don't get me wrong though... it's a truly hardworking team! There is plenty of support and info sharing to keep everyone learning new skills. Also has a super diverse staff.

Phenomenal culture, great leadership that actually cares about their staff, challenging work that was exciting and brought out the best in folks. Busy, but in a great way - you never stared at the clock wondering when the day would be over, rather you would look at the clock and say "I can't believe the day is over, I wish the day was longer so I could finish this".
