Business Outlook
Pros
about half the time their ac units worked in the summer, so i'd only have to change out my uniforms 2-3 days on average per shift. Head works just about the same as the AC, so instead of close changes, I have had to make sure i had several coats, gloves, beanie hats and even ski masks to keep myself from getting hypothermia.
Cons
I'd like to add to the above. When i was required to change a uniform, i was given very little time to comply. I'd get yelled at by the upper C levels and even kids younger than me walking around making their thoughts be hurt. Never once was any unjust action that the company was in the wrong, everything was always blamed on me. This was corrected by HR, or any other team "playing HR" before HR was a "thing."
