Pros

Great name recognition. Big company.

Cons

Had to pay $124/mo for parking on top of gas prices. Incompetent management who knew less than you did half the time. You have 3 groups of people second guessing every move you make (your manager, the audit team, the service observe team). Your direct manager was pretty cool but the audit team doesnt know the basics and the normal workflow so they would say you messed up even when you didnt-- your manager could not reverse this many times. Upper management hired consultants who new even less but would make such drastic changes that utimately hurt your ability to make any money

Pros

Great knowing what your schedule for the day looked like ahead of time, great pay.

Cons

It is disappointing that you can work a full 40 hours, answer every question that comes through but still not be considered for a raise because you were not able to condense the explaining to meet the required AHT / Average Handle Time.
