Pros

The compensation is fari for the job at hand. The harder ou choose to work the more money you will make due to the compensation structure.

Cons

The branch environment is very much into micro managing and upper managment can be very condesending. The same sales strategies are discussed every day and there is very little idividual thinking taking palce within the managment team.

Pros

Jamie Dimon! Great Benefits and pride in our company. They make no bones about taking care of their employee's! The company is on top for a reason!

Cons

Personal Banker position has been replaced by a Wal Mart meets Used Car Salesman mentality. No focus on building relationships, just what products can we push right now. My only issue for an otherwise amazing company.
