Pros

The people I personally worked with were amazing.

Cons

Everything about the company disgusts me. They spend so much time, energy, and money training and convincing their employees how great they are and why it's ok to do business the way they do. Which is to create an environment of managing through fear. Fear which creates employee tension, ethics violations, and a turnover rate that would make your head spin. There are constantly people in varying layers of management there throughout each week to reinforce the behaviors. This is not a job for you if you do not like being micro-managed, because there will be at least 4 different people telling you exactly how to do your job everyday, over and over again. I gave them several years of service before I could not take it anymore and on the advice of friends, family, and my doctor I began seeing after developing severe depression from working at Chase; I left. Best decision of my life.

Pros

A very Stable Job, and a great name to have on resume. They do offer a good benfits package for employee and family.

Cons

They have weird rules on overtime. Too many things are based on how long you have been at Chase. Instead of it being what you know, the culture of the company is who do you know( even more so on the Card Services side of the company). If you really want to use up your vacation time you need to know at the beginning of the year or you are screwed.

Pros

Brand recognition. Strength of the bank. Your job duties are very well defined. There aren't very many changes ever to your role.

Cons

Very hard sometimes to earn incentive even if you are blowing your goals out of the water. Based on profitability not production. Some aspects are out of your control
