Pros

Depending on your direct manager, its makes working better. The benefits are great and they have a wide range of locations. 9 to 5 work, overtime is never offered. Training is sufficient.

Cons

Unethical, they promote to only speak about the products that pay commissions. Top producers get canned after the company gets enough out of them and find a "policy violation" when the company is ready to release them from there duties. Limited growth opportunity with a side of pressure of making 'the numbers'.

Pros

Chase's Personal Banker incentive plan it tough to beat if you compare it to similar roles at most other banks.

Cons

Bankers are pulled in too many different directions. There is no attempt to balance work and personal life. Independent thinking is not appreciated.

Pros

With banking, you will always have a job. Good hours and holidays off. They do work around your schedule to the best they can.

Cons

promotions are slow. You constantly have to reprove yourself to the same people to prove you are still doing your job.
