Pros

-Competitive base pay -Good compensation for active bankers -Recognition for top bankers

Cons

To Achieve success as a top banker, there will be a lot of sacrifices. Putting your personal life on the back burner, and long hours are to be expected. Even if someone is aggressive and active that doesn't mean automatic success, because there will always be someone else just as aggressive, competing for the same thing. Bankers also have to worry about others taking their sale. Tedious micromanagement that picks at everything you do and tiresome brainwashing on a daily basis. Management is too focused on short term results at all costs.
