Pros

Best benefits package I've found includes 100% 12 weeks paid maternity leave, 2 weeks vacation, 1 sick week and 2 personal days. Great insurance. 5% 401k matching.

Cons

It has become extra hard to receive a decent raise with a promotion and many people have had to recently take a "lateral" move with promotions due to the economy and the company cutting back. Many of us view it as we are still lucky to have jobs.

Pros

currently great pay(residuals), benefits package, warm leads, ect..

Cons

increased micro-management with the induction into JPMorgan Chase, comp plan changes sporadically/retroactively, becoming harder to make as much money, top producing reps are still micro-managed regardless of accomplishments
