Pros

Flexible hours, excellent benefits, Chase is generous in that department

Cons

this position is more to help the FA's grow their books. Often times it's spent doing simple mundane things they could do themselves or calling the clients they don't want to call themselves.

Pros

Opportunities to make good money. Easy job to be hired for without any experience. Good benefits and extra freebies and discounts.

Cons

Incompetent managers, district managers. Sales and NOT service for customers. Demeaning sales practices. Lack of communication between upper management and bank employees. Company pretends that anything is possible if you finish the program, but while in the program you are developing virtually no applicable skills.
