Cons

Company does NOT put customers first in terms of management policies Disconnect between training/management and real-life applications Stopped matching 401k for a while During time I was there, yearly bonuses ranged between $800 - $2000 NO room for salary increase; was there for 3 annual reviews and no one every recieved salary increase

Pros

Great management and focus on growing organically. They will identify the good talent and try to develop them into leaders.

Cons

Constantly changing, although unable to tell if it is industry wide or localized. Somewhat uncompetitive with smaller banks. Finally, severely challenged underwriter...we can't all be perfect.

Pros

Good for learning about the banking biz

Cons

Morning huddles are stupid, they constantly remind you of the goal and are obnoxious. Few people speed it up to get people in and out they just want to sell them credit cards and extra products.
