Better Before Chase Took Over...

Pros

They had a great relaxed and fun atmosphere before Chase took over. There were ice cream socials & awards ceremonies to show appreciation for employees during the middle of the day. Other traditions included company picnics in the spring and Christmas parties in the winter. Policies and procedures were always able to challenged and changed if need be. The company was always VERY profitable.

Cons

Even before Chase took over, salaries in some areas were much lower than other companies', but much higher in other departments. Money was thrown around much too freely sometimes at the wrong things.

Pros

The company is very strong and moving in the right direction. Good 401k options and time off. Easy to sell Chase products. Great computer programs.

Cons

Management is getting more and more micro-managed style. Do what I say, when I say, and don't ask questions. Work the lobby and get every person to sit down at your desk and sell them anything!
