Pros

excellent benefitts package just having the name brand is impressive pretty good feed back from managers even if it is not postivie

Cons

very sales aggresive as a teller, they don't want you to sell but rather refer to a PFR. This is difficult since a PFR is not always available right away and then the customer leaves. The next time they come in, another teller refers them to a PFR who happens to be available and gets referral credit

Pros

Decent benefits. They send you through extensive training to get some of your series licences which is great but when you start work they emphasis sales over everything else.

Cons

Low pay for the qualifications you must possess for the job and very heavy in middle management. Multiple managers all have different agendas and it makes balancing your work life difficult at times.

Pros

Great incentive plan for Personal Bankers. Many internal managers step down to be a personal banker because of the incentive pay. Personal Bankers generally make more money than managers because of this!

Cons

Must pass Securities Licensing in order to keep your job! Series 6, Series 63, and Life insurance. Also, internals don't their pay raise during training of their new position! They have to travel to other locations that are completely out of their way (usually 30 miles) and still get paid the same, until training is over (usually 2 months). The pay is not as good for internals as it is for New Hires. Sometimes its better to resign and reapply after 6 months!
