Pros

JP Morgan Chase is a great company with great compensation and great benefits. There is good opportunity for career advancement. The managers always keep us up to date with anything that is going on with the company. The employee morale is high for the most part. Everyone works hard and the payoff is good if you work hard as well. Not a company for slackers. There is great work hours and they support great work life balance.

Cons

The biggest downside to working for JP Morgan Chase is that you always have to do more even if you make your numbers. And that can be a lot of pressure.

Pros

It is a great place to advance your skills in whatever field you go in to. There is great pay, good management, constructive criticism, a lot of training, and great incentives. The health plan is OK, it seems a little expensive though. They match your 401k up to 5% which is great. They provide the training for your required licenses as well

Cons

#1, it's a bank, and everybody hates us right now. Also, there is a lot of opportunity for advancement, but they can be kinda pushy sometimes about advancing when you dont want to. The branch manager position is not very attractive either
