Pros

Seriously I really liked working for chase. Their benefits are absolutely amazing!

Cons

Not really too much to say...maybe their forever changing policies. One day would be one policy then the next day it would change.

Pros

I have an opportunity to have an uncapped salary. There is a lot of opprotunity for growth within the company. Not only did Chase pay for me to get liscenced to sell investments and insurance, but they paid me for my study time as well! How many companies will put that much into a new employee with no degee or experience? I have more than enough recources at my fingertips to help me to fulfill the duties of my position.

Cons

The upper managemant can act very "corporate" and sometimes seems too uptight which can make for an uncomfortable wotk environment. They occasionally set unrealistic goals for branches which can put stress on my every day routine.
