      Pros

      Great compensation package. Professional environment. Great training and personal development. Chase is a great company to begin your professional career. They have many career tracks and will work with you to develop your career goals.

      Cons

      Too many changes in daily focus. Poor communication from senior management.

      Pros

      For NH, it is a decent job. Middle mgmt works hard and all are great, because they understand Senior Mgmt has no clue how a workplace of today is.

      Cons

      NH is terribly run, and it starts at the top. Useless spreadsheets for everything. Internal processes broken because they are not updated. Holiday schedule is practically non existent. Favoritism towards only a few is evident. Basically, NH is run like it is 1987. Senior mgmt has been in place so long they do not know better. Employee turnover during a good job market is amazing. People are constantly leaving with out jobs. They pride themselves on "running lean"- but you are doing the job of 3 people. I have never seen so many employees so unhappy at one place.

      Pros

      Jpmorgan chase is a place to get experience and then move to another company to get compensated for the work you do.

      Cons

      Management not responsive to needs of employees. Human Resources also not helpful. I had a recent incident with another employee. Human resources did not assist me since my boss was friends with the other employee. Prior to this incident m reviews were "excellent" and since the incident they have been "fair".
