Pros

JP Morgan offers a good experience for entry level employees. Its big company which requires a lot from their workers. During these 2 years at JP Morgan i have learn a lot about banking products, processes, and people skills. The experience is the best reason to work for JP Morgan, if i decide to leave now i would be confident in landing a better job soon.

Cons

The pay is not as much as many desire. Due to the number of employees that are working for JP MOrgan Chase, a worker seems to be another number in the organization. Recognition is my biggest problem with this organization.

Pros

It is a fun place to work and the rest of the staff is fun and interesting. Everyday is an experience because you never know what to expect.

Cons

When customers start to blame you for them being overdrawn as though we are suppose to watch each individual account and their balances.
