Pros

The best reason to work at Chase as a teller is their commission, and as a teller you only have to process transactions at the window, and nothing else. ITS SIMPLE!

Cons

I love working at chase, but the only thing I dont like is recently they've extended their business hours on saturday until 4pm

Pros

The contact with customers on a daily basis, being busy makes the day go by, the opportunity for a bonus (commission) every month. They are a very strong company, probably one of the safest banks to work for.

Cons

Nobody cares about what you have done today its all about what are you going to do tomorrow. The management is either never there or they have no clue on how to manage. Chase is really big on saying they are a team, but you can never count on the them to get anything done. Then when you have to tell the customer whats going on its your ass in the sling. My biggest worry is not making my numbers, since I am threaten with being fired almost monthly.

Pros

Stability - The bank will be around for years to come. The only positive in this job market today. Otherwise, I don't have a nice thing to say.

Cons

Slave labor. Long hours. Decisions can't be made at the branch. Everything requires district approval or more. Horrible customer service and the upper management knows it. Their idea of great service is to make sure to hound every customer that walks in the door and force more products down their throats. Busy branches, lots of complaints, tight on manpower. Wish I had something good to say about this bank, but I don't. I would encourage anyone who gives a damn about customer service to stay clear.
