Pros

Great benefits including sick time, vacation, personal days, etc. My branch staff is great and the branch manager is cool.

Cons

It's all about location. If you're in an underperforming branch with slow traffic that's where you will stay. It's hard to meet goals if no one walks in the door.

Pros

It is a very professional company, very focused on profitibility. As a banker the opportunity to earn bonuses is good. Every resource imaginable is provided for you to be successful. Technology is up to date as well. If you are aggressive, have good people skills, and able to sell you will make good money. Benefits are competitive.

Cons

This is a position solely focused on sales. If you are not prepared to "work the lobby", cold call, or deal with a #'s driven position, you will not be comfortable. Dealing with people every single day and all their banking problems gets really old. Specifically the fees customers are charged, you are very limited to what you can do for them.

Pros

stability, good company-wide treatment of employees, possible advancement

Cons

extremely sales driven, you could be lying to customers and a terrible coworker, but if you make good sales and fake your way into good graces, you will move up.
