JUST DONT WORK HERE

Pros

PTO and 401k are decent for even part time.

Cons

New Builda are not being trained properly. Having all these statistical numbers running everything but not having real problems in retail branches. Not caring for employees and their work environment. Unrealistic work expectations.

Torn!

Pros

wide range of employee involvement and support from the company as Corporation . Ongoing training, good benefits, 401k contributions and matching. Paid time off

Cons

Immediate management for the branch is horrible, LOTS of turnovers, not enough support due to continuous lack of employees/coverage. You cannot focus and provide exceptional service for the role that you are hired for, as you are forced to take the time to support others and cannot focus on your tasks. No support whatsoever from upper managements (even though they tell you they are there). I have been very loyal but felt so betrayed by the company
