Pros

A bank that truly serves everyone. Unlike the Bank of America that only wants to talk to you if you have a million bucks and the tarnished Wells Fargo Brand, the institution really is a well intentioned. Incredible connection to the business community regardless of business size.

Cons

Struggling to keep branches consistently open due absenteeism and attrition. And the new hires aren't getting trained due to the firm taking advantage of Covid and travel restrictions as cost savings. This has led to the experienced team members bearing the load of training new hires and supporting closed branch clients who need help And due to the societal breakdown in the area, the branch has had to add security guards to branches to protect staff from angry and aggressive street people.

Pros

Pay was good, now its not. A completely off their nut woke company. Commission structure is now terrible, even if youre in a busy once high performing branch.

Cons

If youre white, male, and a complete heterosexual, you have no chance of going anywhere except to the exit.

Pros

I would get weekends off

Cons

For the amount of work you put in and you have to deal with customers all day long. The pay is not worth it
