      Chatham has been undergoing significant org transition over the past year, in addition to bringing in new leaders from the outside, to better orient for future. Quality bar is very high. CEO has a good vision and they are executing on it. Leaders are kind, supportive and knowledgeable in their areas. Opportunity to own equity in company. Clients are appreciative and regularly cite Chatham as one of their most trusted service providers.

      Client-driven projects means it can be demanding at times.
