Sales reps not making their targets. - SE standard and experience has dropped significantly over the last 2-3 years - Poor sales environment, lack of teaming both internally and with external channel partners - Poor support for Sales teams, no inside sales or lead development teams. Lack of marketing resources. -Cut backs in channel reps has resulted in management asking major account execs to take on management of channel partners in addition to sales role!
