Pros

- Good technology and product portfolio - Decent benefits health, gym, home internet all paid for - New hire Onboarding trip to Israel

Cons

- Local management lack leadership needed to guide and motivate staff. Sales Directors that have never done sales before managing major account teams - High turn over, people leaving every quarter. Sales reps not making their targets. - SE standard and experience has dropped significantly over the last 2-3 years - Poor sales environment, lack of teaming both internally and with external channel partners - Poor support for Sales teams, no inside sales or lead development teams. Lack of marketing resources. -Cut backs in channel reps has resulted in management asking major account execs to take on management of channel partners in addition to sales role!

Pros

Decent salary, good benefits, positive work environment. Check Point has a lot of great people with high integrity and they take pride in their work which creates a mostly positive working environment.

Cons

Low commissions, unreasonable sales expectations, lack of investment in marketing make selling difficult. Lack of strategic leadership in regards to expanding partner relationships.

Fantastic tech, and the roadmap from Dorit is fantastic, and gives the incumbent firewall customer base a great lever to properly transform Great UK team Great benefits The channel is great and has close relationships

Cons

No belief in marketing at ALL by HQ Micro management increasingly encroaching No comms in advance from HQ, key execs randomly arrive and demand C-Level meetings at short or no notice
