Compared to other organisations I have worked for Check Point is the best in the market. They have money in the bank so there isn't any extreme pressure from these silicon valley type of investors on the team to deliver unachievable financial results. Other than that Check Point have a complete cyber security platform of offerings which means no matter the use case a customer is looking to achieve, we can cover it. On another note, Check Point did not let go of any employees during the Covid pandemic. I am seeing rafts of redundancies across many start ups and vendors so it's great to see Check Point really live by some core values.

Cons

Market is still catching up with the benefits of consolidation of the cyber security architecture and is still buying pin point solutions to deliver on different use cases. This isn't so much a con but as time goes on the benefit is Check Point can achieve true cyber security consolidation across all corners for the infrastructure and architecture.

Cons

Salary is not really well. The sales Target is pretty much high and you not really can attain this target, which is can damage your income.
