      Pros

      People tend to stay here for extended periods due to the company's exceptional work culture. I've personally been with the company for seven years and thoroughly enjoy it. Its continuous growth provides ongoing challenges that encourage technical skill improvement.

      Cons

      Salary is likely my primary concern, and it poses a challenge when seeking additional pay increases.

      If you’re keen to have more work life balance and want to learn basic of the security this is the best environment

      Cons

      They’re not doing good in Japan market, keeps changing employees so it’s fast pasted changing environment if you’re not okay with that then maybe this isn’t for you
