Generally good products and a lot of skilled and passionate people.

Cons

Leadership chooses whip over carrot. When results are mediocre worldwide, the conclusion is that the strategy is perfect, but execution is not good enough in the field. They have a long way to go wrt building motivation in the larger team.

A toxic environment, Micromanagement and strong pressure are leaving no space for your personal life. Metric monitored by Israel offices. A huge turnover in Sales, and lack of real support to achieve the target. Benefit are below the average of the industry (no company car, poor healthcare, no other benefit...).
